Measure your right wrist where you would wear a watch.
No tape measure? Fold a narrow piece of paper or string gently around wrist.

Then check the distance with a ruler. For borderline measurements make sure the string is not tight (this would created an uncomfortable fit). When in doubt, order the next largest size. If necessary, the bracelet can be squeezed together to make it a bit smaller. A bracelet that is too loose will twist around and not stay in the correct position for optimal benefits.
Note: An extra cuff is used on the quartz bracelets making these bracelets measure ½ inch larger than those with gold or silver terminals. Example: If your wrist measures 71/4 order a size SMALL in a quartz style.
